$10,000 Post-Secondary Student Loan Repayment Program

We know the cost of college and the interest rates of federal loans have skyrocketed. In 2018, 75% of our summer season employees had a 4 - year degree. We know how valuable of employee you'll make with the added specialty training of a technical school or university.

Here's how it works: First, meet with a DeBoer Construction owner to discuss potential opportunities. You can then learn about our projects, positions, career advancement opportunities, tour the business, and ask questions. 

High school students are encouraged to arrange a job shadow.

Education: The owner will discuss with the student what education/degrees would be most appropriate for the position being sought and/or what degree would be approved.

Funding: The student is fully responsible for acquiring funds for their college expenses. We only reimbursement for federal loans. 

Upon graduation, you can apply for employment. Once employed, you are entitled to participate in the loan repayment program.

You are eligible of payments up to $1000 per year until the 3rd year. At the start of the 4th year, payments up to $1500 per year will be paid. 

Payments will be made up to $10,000. The loan repayment program stops if the students ends their employment at DeBoer Construction.
